Return & Exchange Conditions
- You can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product, provided it is in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging.
- Used or damaged products due to misuse cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return & Exchange Process

- Provide us with the order number, product details, and reason for return or exchange.
- Our team will arrange for the product to be picked up by the shipping company.
- After receiving and inspecting the product, your request will be processed within 7 business days.
Return & Exchange Costs
- If the product has a defect or you received the wrong item, we will cover all shipping and return costs.
- If you change your mind or request an exchange for reasons not related to a defect, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
